Driven by his mantra, “Vi veri veniversum vivus vici” which is a Latin phrase that translates to “By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe” Andrew has carved his name in the legal profession. As an astute litigator for about 6 years and as in -house corporate practitioner.

Andrew’s legal career to date spans across various diverse industries, from a litigation both for individuals and corporates and inhouse counsel in various diverse industries including but not limited to Government, a faith based organization (church) and one of the biggest PLC’s in the country in a bespoke industry.

Andrew adds to the firm expertise in :

• Corporate Governance – Andrew has sat in various Board as legal Counsel and Secretariat providing valuable insights to the Directors. He has supported corporate restricting and complex acquisitions of various commercial interests including an offshore company acquisitions.
• Church Lawyer – He has garnered specific insight into church and its ancillary businesses being the founder of the legal department of one of the biggest churches in the Country. He has knowledge and experience in ensuring church compliance with regulatory and statutory provisions.
• Debt Financing and Equity Acquisition-  He has experience in debt financing of equity acquisition negotiations with international financial advisors, local start ups sovereign debt analysts, government among others.
• Strategic Litigation- With over 6 years experience in active litigation and another 6 in instructing external counsel the firm boast of having Andrew’s expertise litigation brief analysis and advice among others. He has personally appeared in various dispute resolution fora from superior courts , to the Small Claims Courts to Tribunals and mediation sessions.

Andrew’s experience has had him sit in various Law Society Committees and even bagged awards such as the 2^nd Runners Up In -House Counsel of the Year 2022.

Andrew is a prolific corporate counsel with certification in Data Protection, Mediation,  SGS Quality Audits among others.
